This project involved a 15,000 sq. ft. commercial fit-out for a global firm. The goal was to redefine the workspace by creating an open-plan office that maintains visual transparency while offering high-level acoustic privacy for executive boardrooms. Our scope included the installation of over 100 linear meters of glass partitions, integrated glass swing doors with hydraulic floor springs, and custom decorative frosting for corporate branding across all meeting zones.
We utilized 12mm Toughened Safety Glass for the main partitions to ensure maximum impact resistance. For the executive cabins, we engineered a Double Glazed system with specialized acoustic interlayers to achieve a sound rating of 45dB. The system featured ultra-slim 25mm aluminium tracks in a matte black powder-coated finish. Every glass joint was sealed with high-transparency dry gaskets to maintain a seamless “all-glass” look without the use of messy silicone.
The office was transformed into a bright, collaborative environment that maximizes natural light flow. The executive zones now provide total sound isolation for confidential meetings, while the open-plan areas feel spacious and professional. The minimalist design of our slim-profile system perfectly matched the client’s corporate identity, resulting in a modern workspace that has significantly improved employee productivity and morale.
