The scope of this luxury villa project involved the complete design, fabrication, and installation of a comprehensive glass and aluminium package. We focused on creating a “Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living” experience. This included installing massive 4-meter high sliding doors for the main patio, custom-made frameless glass balustrades for the rooftop terrace, and high-end shower enclosures for all five luxury bathrooms. Every unit was custom-built to match the architectural vision of the client.
To withstand the intense UAE heat, we utilized high-grade 6063-T5/T6 Thermal Break Aluminium Profiles. The glazing featured 24mm Double Glazed Units (DGU) with a Low-E coating and Argon gas filling, which blocks up to 70% of solar heat gain. For the hardware, we integrated European-standard multi-point locking systems and heavy-duty silent nylon rollers to ensure that even the largest glass panels slide with absolute ease and security.
The final handover resulted in a stunning architectural transformation with a significant boost in energy efficiency. The villa now enjoys a 25% reduction in AC electricity consumption due to our thermal-break technology. The “Flush Floor” track design created a trip-free transition between the lounge and the pool area.
